Dr. Matt Hollowell Appointed as Faculty Fellow

The CTL recently appointed Dr. Matt Hollowell as a Faculty Fellow. This new position will provide peer mentoring to collaborate with faculty on teaching and learning efforts.   • 30-minute Sound Bite: Starting Class Before Class Starts – Engagement Ideas Right Before a Class Session Starts. There are three options for this session. Click the links to learn more and to register:

  • Journal Club – This is the bite-sized version of our book club. Dr. Hollowell will be focusing on an article about alternative assessment. Read the article and then join one of the following sessions to discuss with others. Click links to learn more and to register:

  • CTL Certified Peer Observation – You may now receive a CTL certificate for peer observations recognized by the Office of the Provost. This may be conducted by members of the CTL team, including Dr. Hollowell. Keep an eye out for other options coming soon, including a peer coaching certificate and a peer mentoring certificate.
