Contributions from current and retired faculty and staff provide funding for programs, departments, and scholarships at Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK. Equally as important is the strong message sent to those outside the Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK community. Employees can direct their gifts to the program of their choice through a payment option that works best for them, including payroll deduction.

Donations by check, cash, or credit card

Gifts by cash, check, or credit card, are the most common and easiest gifts to make. They are also tax deductible for the year in which the gift is made. Additionally, Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK gratefully accepts pledged gifts. These gifts allow donors to make a commitment to set up a payment schedule that best suits their wishes.

How do you give a gift of appreciated stock?

You may transfer stock electronically to Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK from your financial institution.

3. Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK will provide a gift receipt letter upon verification from KeyBanc Capital Markets of the transfer of the gift. The value is determined by the number of shares donated times the weighted average price (of trades) on day the stock was received.

Do you have questions about how to make an online gift?

Making an online gift has never been easier. Follow these simple steps:

2. Select the fund you would like to give to and if there is a specific fund you would like to give to, choose Other.
3. Select the amount you wish to give.
4. Input credit or debit card information.

M-Club

The M-Club supports the student athletes that compete in over 22 sports programs at Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK. Donations to the M-Club help Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK enhance athletic facilities, provide scholarships to student-athletes, and support our Championship Fund, which will keep Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK competing at the highest level possible.

Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK License Plate

The Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK license plate is a great way to drive with pride! Purchase your Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK license plate at any Indiana BMV branch or  when you renew your plates. These special plates are available to the public for an additional fee of $40, of which $25 comes to Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK to support student scholarships.

Bricks and Pillars of Support

Leave a special reminder of your time at Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK and invest in a recognition brick. These bricks are installed around the St. Francis Heritage Fountain in the center of campus and can be personalized with a message of your choosing. Or, you can invest in a pillar of support at the donor pavilion at St. Vincent Field, where your nameplate can be personalized with a message of your choosing. Annual giving provides vital support that helps the university fulfill its mission. Gifts of stock may be transferred directly to Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK, saving the donor from paying capital gains tax. Stock transfer instructions are available online, or you may contact the Office of Institutional Advancement at (317) 955-6525.

Learn more here. Legacy gifts, made through a bequest, entail a designation of the university as a beneficiary to a life insurance policy or a designation of the university as a beneficiary to retirement plan benefits. This will enable you to make a significant gift and provide the resources so that Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK can continue its mission. Other deferred giving instruments, including charitable gift annuities and trusts, can provide you and your loved ones with lifetime income, while also making a charitable gift.

An endowed gift is invested so that the annual earnings can be used to support scholarships for generations to come. There are over 150 endowed scholarships, so donors can always find one that matches their interest and passion, or create a new endowed scholarship in honor of a loved one. More than 1,000 corporations nationwide match employee gifts to Â鶹ÊÓƵAPK. Many also match the gifts of retired employees and their spouses. Companies that provide these matching funds supply the form to submit with the gift. If your employer is a matching gift company, you may obtain a form from your company's personnel or community relations office.
